Our Team

Annette Mellish

Annette Mellish oversees all office and staff. She takes the lead over payroll, hiring and releasing employees, taking corrective actions, and all general management. Annette operates an organized, efficient, confident and legal office. She oversees all actions in the company without micromanaging, and knows that hiring the right people is the first step to having a successful business. Annette has training in office administration, pay role and has been credited with Accredited Residential Management. Annette has also been provided with IICRC training. Annette has held office assistant, site manager, and office administration positions at Westlund Industry, Tri-C Industrial Supply, Midwest Property Management and Airtech Heating & A/C. She was responsible for Human Resources, payroll, WCB issues, WHMIS and TDG training. She was also to take care of any employee issues.

Tim Mellish

Tim Mellish has extensive cleaning experience. He has owned Advanced Carpet Care and Streak-Free Janitorial for nine years, but has been in the cleaning industry for 12 years. Being IICRC trained for carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning has given him certification approved by all cleaning standards. He is continually looking for ways to increase his knowledge and resources to become more efficient. Tim's experience is used to further the work done at contracts and jobsites. Tim is hands on, and will work with all staff to make sure all work is up to standards. Tim has responded to many emergencies including, but not limited, to floods, biohazard cleanups, and fatality cleanups. Tim's skills, concern for his contracts and hard work make his value unparalleled. He provides only the best and expects everyone under his supervision to do the same.

Tamara Buswell

Tamara Buswell is an Office Administrator and first level manager. She took the Office Administration course at Lethbridge Community College and graduated with honors. For the last nine years Tamara has been working in an office position. Tamara Buswell has cleaning experience too. She started cleaning in1999 and has continued to present. Her list of cleaning contracts includes dental offices, ATB main branch and cleaning at the Research Center. Tamara has been involved in many volunteer programs, such as teaching English as a second language and working with children in local schools. Most calls to the office will likely filter through Tamara to our employees and managers. She is also responsible for ordering supplies and cleaning equipment. She is conscientious, tactful, and punctual. Tamara has also been provided with IICRC training.

Chayne Rolston

Chayne Rolston is a dedicated, hard working sales representative. His main goal at all times is to provide excellent customer service and satisfy our customers. He is an asset to further the quality assurance needs and with his experience in the cleaning industry has the tools to do so. Chayne is currently taking business courses at Lethbridge Community College and has IICRC training. He has been in the Carpet Cleaning and Janitorial Industry for upwards of six years. Four of these years Chayne managed a janitorial business. Some contracts that Chayne managed include the Provincial Building contract, City Contracts, Sunlife Financial building, and Lethbridge Housing carpet cleaning contract. Chayne has worked under Edon Management, Lennard Corporation, City of Lethbridge Public Works, Lethbridge Housing Authority, Sunlife Financial, Municipality of the Crowsnest Pass, Alberta Infrastructure, and other businesses located in the Southern Alberta Area.

Justin Mellish

Justin Mellish is one of the hardest workers on staff. By making himself available whenever he is needed, Justin is an invaluable asset to Advanced Carpet and Upholstery Care. Justin is ready to take on any projects that come his way.

Jeff Henriquez

Jeff Henriquez is our newest member of Advanced Carpet and Upholstery Care, but do not let that fool you. Jeff has been part of many janitorial and cleaning projects in the Southern Alberta Area. He is friendly, well mannered and always ready to lend a hand. Keep in mind, Jeff is young and ready to move any heavy furniture that you need.
